Its been over a year and they never came back to finish my floors. The guy installing was to busy talking to me about his wild night in Pittsburg with some crazy old girlfriend to even properly do his job. Everyone in my house has even stepped on nails threw the carpet because they didnt attach it right.

Toni is the shifty matron/owner here, and she's ready to totally lie to your face and botch every aspect of a sale. Bait and switch is the order of the day, and unaddressed issues are her specialty. If you enjoy a filthy environment, and waiting on a person who's ALWAYS late, she's your gal. She mistreats her installers and severely underpays them, assigning them all blame for her terrible estimating abilities which you'll totally enjoy once your house is torn up. How do I
