Well.that is a very good question. Most companies would most likely reply that they have great customer service or they are masterfully skilled at the services they provide. They will even claim that they will show up on time and can be counted on. They will also make it a point that they have liability insurance, etc.

These organisms feed on the base of the shingle (primarily the limestone filler) and dig holes to trap water, causing the granules to loosen, thus the premature deterioration of the shingles.

Peter and frank built deck stairs from the upper level of our property to the lower level. It was a difficult project that required planning and difficult access. CleanView completely replaced our old pressure treated 12x16 elevated deck with the latest Trex product, including deck surface, railings, complete stairway rebuild, and all posts wrappings. Both my wife and I are were thrilled with the high quality of the workmanship provided and the finished product turned out beautiful.

After seeing their work on a neighbor's house, I contacted CleanView to have a large retaining wall rebuilt in our back yard. Frank and Peter were very prompt in coming to the house to view the project and provide an estimate. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job on building the wall and replacing two sets of stairs. They were meticulous in their work. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Will be using them for many upcoming projects in the future.

I wanted the exterior cleaning of my house done by a local contractor. Doing a Google search brought CleanView among the top results. After reading their five star reviews, I decided to contact them via email. Peter promptly responded back and arranged a visit before providing me with a detailed online proposal.
Peter and his son Sam did a great job in cleaning the roof, gutters, patio, sidings, balcony, walkways and driveway. Everything looked great when they finished the job. They were professional and thorough in their work and very nice people to work with.

Pete and Frank are the best! They showed up on time, explained to us in detail that they were going to soft wash the house and roof, power wash the side porch and retaining wall , restore the shutters and paint the garage doors. When they were done my house looked like it had gotten a face lift!!! They took their time and paid attention to every detail. They graciously did every extra we asked for and they ended up here well into the early evening. Not once did they complain or say they didn’t have time to do want we wanted done. Peter replied promptly to my emails and scheduled the work within a week. He pressure washed the siding at my mother's house in Verona, PA. Peter explained what marks may or may not come off, and he did a very professional job. I have already recommended him to a co-worker. I had water coming through the ceiling of my entryway during the freezing cold snow and rainy weather we had recently. I contacted Clean View after seeing the terrific work they competed for my neighbor. Frank and Pete sealed the roof, and, after ensuring there were no leaks, returned to repair my ceiling. They were efficient, friendly and reasonable priced.
