The service appointment was made for “10-12 pm on the next day with Chad coming out” and he called that he was on his way an hour early so that was great. He arrived at 9 am, looked over my jerky door issue and after offering me two options in detail to repair it he was done in an hour. Would have liked a third less expensive one as my budget is tight right now! Oh well.
The door works smoothly with new springs, rollers and pulleys and has a 1 year warranty.
My receipt and detailed invoice were emailed
so I have my paperwork for my home repair file.

Although we didn't need any major repairs, Derek was excellent and very quick making adjustments to the springs. He was also very helpful giving me tips for self replacement of an opener and recommending a single piece track replacement for the Chamberlain multi piece design. My son and son-in-law recommended Henderson based upon their experience and I must say they were spot on. Best service I have come across.

From the initial contact with Henderson to the thorough inspection of the garage doors to the installation of two new garage door openers, service was impeccable! Derek arrived right on time and worked diligently to make sure all systems were in perfect order! He ran into a small glitch that caused him to use more of his time than he’d anticipated, but he was absolutely undeterred and worked until the problem was solved! I am infinitely pleased with Henderson, and, should a need arise, I will definitely request Derek as my technician! I would highly recommend Henderson for any garage door related

William and his assistant showed up before the scheduled appointment time. They completed the replacement of the springs on 2 12 ft garage doors very promptly. William went over how the doors operate and I am completely satisfied. The doors now operate some much easier and stay open every time they are opened. I'm a totally satisfied customer!

Derek was wonderful to work with! We woke up one morning and couldn't get out of our garage! Henderson was able to come out later that day and determine we needed a new spring. First off, not sure who Donnie is. This is JD Hinton. Derek just left my home after making some maintenance repairs. This is second time I’ve called on Henderson for garage doors and or maintenance. Both times they have exceeded my expectations. The folks on the other end of the phone as well as every technician that has come to my home have all been VERY PROFESSIONAL and knowledgeable. Derek came today and I was expecting to HAVE to replace some old doors which was going to cost me a fair amount. Called on Friday and they were here Tuesday am 1st thing. Gave me options/prices of repairing my old garage door opener versus installing new one. Very professional courteous service tech. After installation, he synced our old remotes, car installed push button remote, and helped us download opener app onto our smart phones. Good service. Good product. Good price. I highly recommend.
