I couldn't find where to go to be seen about my glass. I had to find the office myself and when I did they weren't paying too much attention to waiting customers but an employees child. When my glass was finally done, I wasn't really told what I had to do from there. I had to go back and find someone to help me. The man who helped me with my glass was great and once I got help, the lady was good too. But it was getting anyone to help that was the issue.

Less expensive than others. Had a chip in my windshield fron a rock thrown from a gravel truck without load tied down properly. Was not large enough to do major work on so guy filled it and looks like it wasnt even there. Office people very pleasant and helpful. Even called to remind me of my appt. Extremely pleased to have found this place.

We ordered a patio door glass insert for an occupied apartment. The order and installation were completed in a timely manner. The resident emailed me later to inform me of her experience with them: "I just wanted to commend the gentlemen that came to replace my door window. They were very polite, nice, quiet, neat, and gentle. They handled everything so carefully, I mean I could hardly tell they were here (sound wise). Thank you very much!"

We tried this place for the first time because we needed 2 windows replaced. They were friendly for the start!! The gentleman came out on time to give us a quote and take measurements. It only took 2 weeks for the work to be complete because of my availability. The man that came to install the new windows was professional and did he work in a very reasonable amount of time and the quote was 100% accurate....which is rare these days. Thank you all for your help and service and we will definitely be using y’all again as needed!!
