We had Alpha Locksmith/Nick replace our dead bolt lock with a combination lock as we have several family members visiting most weekends in the summer. We maybe at the beach when they arrive or out and about.
Nick did a great job and took us through the system. Very user friendly, safe and a very custom look.

I needed our front door lock changed because of a past tenant we had living with us who destroyed a room we had I called Alpha Locksmith & Doors on a Saturday Nick who was a young man came out @ 1 and a half hours we were the next town over that was great that they were here so fast my issue was just to come here was $175.00 dollars Nick put a basic lock on our front door we were charged $25.00 dollars for the lock it took about 5 minutes to put the new lock in so total was $200.00 dollars I just though $175.00 dollars before any work was performed was a bit much.

Over $300 for two locks to be changed out.
When I installed an august lock on the back of the door 2 weeks later it was apparent that the lock and the door did not align. You have to push the door in to lock it from the inside. We had been doing this before and it wasn't really an issue until we decided to add the august lock. I called Alpha 3 times over two weeks to get them to come out. Each time the owner said he'd have someone call me right away to schedule it. The final, 4th time I called, insisting that they come out that day he told me it's would be an additional $60 for them

The problem was quickly analyzed, and repaired to our satisfaction, despite the unavailability of replacement parts. The tradesman was Johnny on the spot as soon as I called. The only drawback was a tendency to wait for my call rather than a heads up on a delay. As I said though, he was here as soon as I called, worked quickly and skillfully and the results were as good as I could ask for.

Lost the fob for my explorer and it was a huge pain for the technician to reprogram. He went above and beyond trying to get it fixed. Nick was at our house for hours one day and still couldn't get it to work. He came back again the next day and was able to get it done. Great customer service! They really care about their customers and that they are satisfied with their work. I'd recommend Nick anytime for similar service.

We had an unfortunate accident and lost our car key on the 4th of July! When we noticed, on the 5th, we were very lucky to find Alpha Locksmith and Brandon who works for them out of Plymouth. Brandon was timely, helpful, kept our best interests at heart, clean, and capable. This company was the only locksmith open in the area on the day after the holiday. Brandon was working by himself and overwhelmed with calls. However, he didn't let this bother him. He focused, cut us a key, programmed it to our car, and juggled it all with a smile.

Alpha Locksmith just came and rescued me! I needed a lock changed asap for a client. I called them at 5:30 pm after trying a few others who were closer geographically. They were all closed. Gage showed up with a smile and tackled a challenging project with skill and patience. Alpha is very professional. They are up to date with technology, emailing me my receipt from the site. I can't say enough!
