Fred (plumber) was super!!! He was very informative and fixed my toilet quickly. I just bought this house so I had A LOT of questions, Fred went above and beyond by answering all my questions and giving great suggestions/ideas. Their prices were extremely reasonable and I never felt like I was being nickeled and dimed as other places have done. They were also very prompt in getting me an appt the very next morning as my issue was not an emergency. I will use Rapid Rooter from here on out and definitely recommend to friends. Called another company and they never responded. Called Rapid Rooter and they not only called me back within 15 min, but Paul was at my house within 20 min. They cleared and unplugged the tank outside our house, that filters into the sewer system, within min! Great value and I'll call them in the future with any plumbing needs!!

Rapid Rooter was hired to conduct a simple clog removal in our line. After having to call them out three times in just a few hours because they failed to do their job each time - we ended up with a $27,000 bill. Instead of removing the clog, they pushed it further down the line until it backed up and flooded all four units of our building. We then had a sewage restoration repair. There was nothing wrong with our lines. It should have been a simple $200 fix. They have taken zero responsibility for their negligence. But instead have refused communication and have provided inaccurate information to

Absolutely fantastic service. Our home inspector missed multiple issues with our house that was purchased last year, which resulted in our needing to call a plumber for a clog in the main line. Long story short, Rapid Rooter came out the same day that I called, fixed the clog, and caught an issue with the main line that could have caused a lot more damage.
