We are a family owned and operated business that has been providing quality, affordable and custom residential construction remodels and additions throughout the San Gabriel Valley area for over 40 years. In addition we also have a commercial division that specializes in affordable quality work done in a safe, effiecient and timely manner.
Our commercial division serves all of Southern California. We are a member of the Western Regional Master Builders Association and are fully licensed Lic. No. 361856, bonded and insured as well as any and all sub-contractors we employ. Extensive residential and commercial referral lists are available upon request.
All signed jobs also receive the benefit of an experienced designer so architectural plans are not neccessary. This service also saves you the cost of hiring an architect. If you already have architectural plans, no worries, our experienced staff has the ability to work with any architectural firm.

PineBark converted my ADU into a beautiful single unit, and built a new laundry room onto my main house. Exceptional general contractor with highly skilled and professional team. Competitively priced, detail-oriented. I had some problems with the work of one sub-contractor, but those were fixed. The on-site foreman was always on top of things. Even the inspector noted the high quality of the work!
