I left my vehicle at this Toyota dealership for three weeks and four days. My overall experience was extremely poor. I'm not upset, but disappointed at the value of service they provided. I had my exhaust removed from my vehicle and it was not properly attached. On top of that many vital pieces were missing from my exhaust system assembly . I paid hundreds of dollars for "labor" and after having my vehicle at the shop for three weeks and four days these technicians failed to do the most simplest task, double checking their work. Overall I would not recommend Kinsel Toyota To anyone

I received a phone call from Kinsel Toyota and stated many apologies and promised they would be sending me some free carwash cards. I never got the cards. I also contacted Toyota directly and with a click on the screen settings in my car the CarPlay works fine. Disappointing that something that simple could not be taken care of at the dealership.

On a cross country trip, with a deadline to meet, we pulled into Kinsel Toyota with warning lights going off and no appointment. Lisa Butler, the Service Advisor, took care of us immediately and checked out the car herself and with a technician and reassured us that we were safe to continue on after some resets. She also directed us to the parts people for new (and much needed wipers), who taught us how to put on the new, and tricky, wipers. Lisa was so helpful, gracious and professional and treated us as if we were long time customers, while knowing full well that we were just passing through

This is one of the best dealerships that I have ever been in. Many people know that I work in the auto industry and I call it like I see it. The bathrooms are amazing, I say that because most dealership you need to get a tetinis shot after using them. The staff is very nice and I watched how they treat the customers and it was nice, and professional.

What was amazing to me was service, they have a machine that you drive over in the service drive and it will show you how your tires are and your alignment. It was the first time I have ever seen that and as a tec guy I was impressed.

I came in today to have service done on my Tacoma. When I pulled into the service area, no one greeted me, no one told me where to park. I got out of my truck and walked around and had to try to find someone. They were NOT busy, in fact NO ONE was in the bay. When a service representative finally showed up I mentioned that I just needed service on my truck and had an appointment, he went out to scan my VIN. When he came back he said, "you know you have to pay for it right?" I explained that I paid for the extended maintenance plan when I lived in California. He told me there is nothing

Great experience. Came in with no appointment the service advisor that helped me was super friendly and helpful. I've been here before where I was turned away for service on my girlfriends vehicle because it was a dodge and it needed a "special filter" (We've changed the oil multiple times, that was a bold faced lie). However this time terry helped me out, and my car was even brought through the wash and the wiper fluid was topped off. Turned a bad taste in my mouth into a great experience.

The 1950s called and they want their decade back. Getting a recall service done, was told repair would only be half a day. Service office leaves message on my husband's VM at 4:45. We get the message after service closes since his phone was off. Left a message on general VM asking them to call me when they open. No response and it is now 9:30 next morning. Call and leave another message and both times, I leave correct number to call 3x on each of my VM. So what do they do, call my husband who is not anywhere near home to let us know they don't have a shuttle service today. Seriously

I'm always here for my Highlander's maintenance. Greg Atkinson is always the one that helps and takes very good care of me. They now have this pretty nice new location ready, which makes my wait time for the service more fun and pleasant. Good service, nice employee and comfortable environment. Hands down five stars!

I came here wanting to purchase and support my local Toyota dealership. I had the opportunity to deal with James and I will say he is a nice guy and I couldn't complain about him from a personable matter. On the business side of Kinsel Toyota they rank a ZERO for me. I brought a 2012 Ford F-250 into them and was offered 24k in trade value by the way Kinsel Ford offered 21k-23k if I fixed the minor hail damage and 21k if I did not. There deal came to taking my trade, 750.00 a month, Zero down for a 2017 Toyota Sequoia. I was told that there is no one out there able to do any better. Moving

Linus did a great job presenting features of several cars to my wife. He was by far the most professional and most importantly, patient. We shopped several different places but returned to Kinsel for our car. Ask for Linus when you go in!
