Oops! Steam Cleaning was established in the year of 2006 in the state of Texas. The principal owner of our company has brought several years of experience in the carpet cleaning services industry into Oops! Steam Cleaning and it is this experience of his that has helped the professional carpet cleaning services company overcome odds during the initial stages of its operations.
If the customer is not present during service or if no one is home upon our arrival, we will contact you before cleaning begins to receive authorization and collect payment (credit card over the phone is permitted). If you are unavailable, we will have to reschedule your appointment. A $35 fee is assessed on all returned payments (checks/credit cards).
Oops! Steam Cleaning uses a steam cleaning method that allows for a better carpet cleaning without having to use any harmful chemicals, only pure saturated steam along with a hypo-allergenic green cleaning solution made of dehydrated orange peels, which is sprayed down to sanitize the carpet and leaves no residue behind.
Extending the life of your tile with true steam tile cleaning. Don't worry, we clean grout too! Did you know that cleaning tile and grout regularly can keep the dirt from destroying the glaze of your tile? Thus, extending the life of your tile. High traffic areas such as kitchen and bathroom floors are prone to dirt and are impossible to get perfectly clean even by hand.
We use an extra strength degreaser, cleaner and grout film remover that is suitable for all natural stones including polished Marble, Limestone, Travertine, etc. It's a non-toxic, biodegradable, non-acidic neutral and gentle non-abrasive formula with a fresh lemony scent that leaves a pleasant velvety surface touch.

First of all they came in and immediately upsold me on some ridiculous pre-treatment which cost $20 per room and took about five seconds for the guy to spray.
Then he told me it would be dry in 4-6 hours. It took 48 hours for my carpets to dry.
After they dried the carpets were dirtier than when he had started.
Since then I have called once a week every week to complain and see what they are going to do about it and the receptionist keeps telling me that the manager will call me. To date, he has not called and now when I call their mailbox is full.
I would never use this company again I don’t

Fist off I would like to say I really appreciate how compassionate the receptionist Amanda was she really was helpful when I had to cancel and reschedule multiple times. I love how she gave us a rough estimate over the phone and it was close to what we paid but she made sure we were aware that it was just a rough estimate and we really appreciated that. The guys who cleaned the carpet were so friendly and honest about everything they needed to do to get our carpet back to smelling and looking good. All around the people who work for the company are amazing and I will definitely be calling them

Marvin did a great job steaming our carpets and tile. Personal, Professional and efficient are good words to describe the experience. My only suggestion is that someone address the rude behavior of the phone operator who helped schedule my appointment.

This is the 4th time I’ve had Oops come out and clean an area rug and sofa. They usually do a very good job but this time was an exception. While the sofa and rug are now clean the crew left a huge mess. Over spray up to 8 feet past my sofa. Some sort of film all over the wood floors and my 6 month olds toys/ books covered in the residue (which was very out of the way).
I didn’t notice all of this until after the crew left. Very disappointed. I will be calling the business this morning.

Booking the appointment online was easy! Arturo and his associate did a fantastic job. They gave me a call when they were on the way and arrived on time. Both gentleman were polite and respectful. They were quick and efficient. The carpet had stains and they did a great job removing them. Looked like new! This is our 3rd time using Oops Steam Cleaning. We’ve had very positive experiences with this company.

We had our tile cleaned. It looks amazing! Josh was very professional, knowledgeable and super nice and friendly. He came in, I showed him the places we wanted cleaned, gave me a quote, and started right away. I am happy with the results and definitely recommend them. I forgot what our grout was supposed to look like. With 4 dogs, I am sure I will be using them in the future. Thank you Josh for an amazing job and great experience.

The service was very reasonably priced and professionally performed. I had gotten 2 other bids to clean my 9.5' x 12.5' wool area rug after I had several broken pipes during the big freeze. Sheetrock and insulation debris was everywhere and the rug needed some serious cleaning. The competitors bids were just over 2 and 2.5 times more expensive. On top of that, the othe companies both had an attitude like, "Take it or leave it." I am so glad I left it and called Oops. They were courteous and pleasant from the get go.
