Don't bother calling these guys! Talked to them last fall about a sand change in my sand filter. Called this spring, was told the "son" was taking over and he would get in touch with me. Made two more phone calls, spoke with Jay himself, the father, and was told the son knew about my job and would get to me the first part of April............no, never heard a word from anyone of them!
After shopping around, found places that do it cheaper AND much more professtionally! There is no excuse for not getting back to customers! But these guys do just that! KEEP LOOKING
