AG Architects, PC is an architectural firm founded with the philosophy that service and quality are critical to the success of a client's project. Established in early 1989 by Art Guadano who has 36 years of experience locally and in the Boston and Washington, D.C. areas, the firm has grown from one architect to a fully staffed corporation.
While project experience ranges from multi-million dollar commercial projects to small renovations, from major medical facility renovations to studies and value engineering analyses, the firm has strived to maintain the involvement of the client throughout the design process.

A bold design focused on function, flow and patient privacy. Critical issues were resolved and the design reinforced clear avenues of flow from clinic spaces to public spaces, yet maintained a sense of openness. The modern character reflects the mission of the practice, "The Future of Orthopedics Today".
Dover Chevrolet was looking for an image upgrade to bring them in line with their corporate standards. Along with a new front entry element and improved exterior lighting, the interior space was modified to improve function and visibility for both customers and staff. The end result is a warm and inviting atmosphere that showcases Chevrolet's inventory and products.
The Town of Durham was in need of a more functional Town Hall facility. AG Architects reviewed and updated the Town's Space Needs Assessment and developed a design for the new Town Hall. Sustainable design strategies, including a highly insulated exterior, were instrumental in achieving the goal of LEED Silver certification.
The Science Center was designed as a significant focal point within the Berwick Academy campus as both an academic facility and as the defining edge of a development quadrangle, part of the campus future plan. Designed to blend with the character of the adjacent Fogg Memorial Building, the three story Science Center provides 14 classrooms dedicated to the study of Science, Mathematics and Technology.
