Doc's Restorations saved the day! Joe did such a great job doing our soffit repair and for a reasonable price. He was very friendly and punctual which I appreciate. We will definitely call Doc's Restorations if we need any other repairs. I also want to thank Louise and Lynn who were so helpful with getting the repair scheduled.
When using our handyman services, we never request deposits. Payment is accepted after the completion of services. However, when working with your Home Improvement Division, we do request a deposit, which will be disclosed in a signed contract. Amount of deposit is based on size of project and what is being done.

Stephen is worthless he does not return calls he advertised constantly but won't do anything about it even when you are standing in the lobby he tells the secretary that he is busy even tho you can see him and see that he is just sitting in his office with his hands on his head doing nothing. I'm so sick of hearing about and seeing such a worthless company still able to do business.

They are more concerned about wearing masks goggles gloves face shields and social distancing then actually making money and taking care of customers so i decided to spend my money with a real business

Doc's are very professional, Morris is great! No matter what time of day Morris was right there to answer my calls.
Keith and Donnie are super nice and very hard workers! They would greet you every morning with a smile.
We still love our bathroom that was built from the ground up!

I just left the showroom on 441 Summerfield about 1 p.m. on Oct. 1. The sales woman was unfriendly, wouldn’t give out ANY prices, even per square foot, was defensive when asked a question, arrogant and made the customer feel bad about asking. Every other flooring/cabinet place (3) I have visited would at least give the price per square ft. Anyone can have a bad day. I worked in customer service a long time and no matter your personal problems, you’re courteous and helpful to customers!! She just lost a customer for her business.
