Excellent experience with Simplified Green Homes. Very reasonable quote to retro insulate a 75 year old house that had none. Alex and Sid were courteous, clean and very professional. I hired this company to replace the insulation in my old 1790 Farmhouse in Southern Maine. Right from the start of Tim coming to give an estimate through to 3 days on the job and the clean up, their work was superb. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS GROUP ENOUGH!
Alex, and his partner Sid, were amazing, working extremely hard at a very hot and dirty job. I don't think they even stopped for lunch!

When I called someone answered and it was the CEO, Tim. He is an expert in his domain and shared some ideas for optimal results given our situation. He did a site visit and after that I was convinced I had the right company to work with to seal and insulate our attic and basement. The team was very professional and considerate while they worked onsite and Tim followed up afterward to make sure I was thrilled with everything. Great experience. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about this company. A real person answered my call within minutes of leaving a message. They have very competitive prices which really doesn't tell the whole story of how good a job they do. Wayne was my technician and he was friendly and informative. I've done light construction work for a number of years and I know when people are cutting corners to save money. Not the case here, scope of work and the attention to detail speaks volumes for what this company sets as their standard. I rarely write a review for anything or anybody, but felt compelled to do so for Simplified Green

Great experience from the first contact! We were able to work through the options and cost over the phone and email with pictures and measurements. They were very knowledgeable and offered some great options to better the finished product. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. Lots of care was taken to prep any areas that weren't getting spray foamed and when it was all done they left the jobsite as clean as before. I would highly recommend this company.

Tim and his team are true professionals. I received multiple quotes for basement spray foam and attic cellulose for my home but only Tim walked me through the entire process step-by-step. He answered all of my many questions and even made money-saving suggestions that no one else had thought of. To top it all off, Tim suggested I work through the NH Saves utility program and he guided me through the submission process which ultimately saved me several thousand $ dollars via utility rebates. No other vendor that I spoke with even mentioned it. I highly recommend that you contact Simplified Green
