After using Sirius two times within two weeks, I'm confident to highly recommend them for both AC and plumbing services. They are excellent to work with, professional, and communication is great. The techs explain everything. Brian on the AC side and Victor on the plumbing side were great. I received their contact through American Home Shield and sometimes that's not always a great experience but not with Sirius, they are top notch!!!

Buyer Beware!! Sirius was sent to my house by my warranty company, which contractually covers all parts and labor for a water heater. Sirius did not want to repair, but only to replace the water heater for $1700 out of my pocket. After hours fighting with AHS (and a 2nd week without hot water), I find out Sirius was in cahoots with AHS, only charging them $225 behind the scenes for my "new" water heater and making up the difference by creating bogus line items and charging me for the job - $1700. Sirius was a great company to work with! They are the most professional in all regards. Damien did a great job installing our new hot water heater and even took the time to check on the warranty for the hot water heater himself. They gave us an itemized list that explained everything being done. The staff in the office were professional, responsive, polite and knowledgeable. Will us this company again.

Sirius sent Cody out for a seasonal check up. He was very informative and suggested a couple of things that needed to be done to make sure the system was in the best working order. I called back later to schedule the service and they were right on time. A few hours after he left we had an issue. WOW was I surprised when I got a call back and they got someone out later that day to take care of me. The best customer service I have ever had from a service provider. Everyone I spoke to was amazing.

As other people indicated, I also got ripped off by this shady HVAC company. They were sent by American Home Shield to do a small repair, which they turned into a $1600 repair bill to me. The repair I needed only required replacing a Capacitor in my AC unit, however, this company damaged the compressor in my 2 year old AC unit.
Communication with this company was extremely poor as well, instead of explaining me the issue and repair, they just sent me the invoice. When I tried to contact them, I just got a text message that we have sent you the invoice. They expected me to sign a invoice

As many others have posted here, Sirius Plumbing ends up colluding with AHS in artificially inflating prices for services rendered. I called AHS due to an issue with my water heater, which was covered under warranty. AHS sent out Sirius to complete the job.

This is a review of a service contractor that works with American Home Shield warranty company. Sirius is the company that I was assigned when I submitted a service request for my furnace not working on 2/14/2021, just before the winter storm hit Texas, forcing the rolling blackouts.

I tried Sirius the first time about 3 months ago with a plumbing issue that two other plumbers couldn't fix, and Sirius fixed it properly the first time.
Last night, our AC unit went out. I called Sirius Plumbing & A/C around 10am this morning. A tech was at my home around 1pm the same day, and gave me the news that our condenser was shot and needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote for a new system as well a quote to only replace the condenser. I chose to get a new system, and they were back at my home within an hour

I am a warranty customer (1st strike). I was given a day for appointment, but not a time frame 8-5. I was told regular customers come first. I was told a tech would call me 30 minutes before. I called the morning of the appointment to see if I could get a window or guesstimate. No, I was told by the gentleman, Frank. 8-5. Nice tech, Kenneth showed up. Assigned by AHS to service my furnace. The technician Steve arrived promptly. He spent considerable time troubleshooting my furnace uncovering an additional issue. He Took pictures and explained everything to me. He recommended a furnace replacement. I also ended up signing up for their gold membership plan that services your AC and furnace unit, which I later tried to cancel because I forgot I was already signed up with another company. Matt submitted the service order to AHS the same day, to get everything authorized by the next day. The technicians arrived on time for the installation

Sirius Plumbing was sent my American Home Shield to repair a water leak in my foundation. They first quoted an OUTRAGEOUS repair estimate, until the insurance company got involved and then the estimate became reasonable. My water had to be turned off the house, and even though they knew that, their technician became ill and they had to delay the repair for a WEEK.... seems they only have one guy that can work. When the repair started, they "discovered" it was worse than expected and once again quoted an OUTRAGEOUS estimate (can you say $50,000) to repair. When I got a second estimate

American Home Shield sent Sirius to troubleshoot my AC. After the service call the determined the evaporator needed to be replaced I received an email quote. Even though we had home warranty the quote was for over $2,000. It included lot of things that did not seem necessary. I called and left a message and replied to the original email with questions for clarification. I never received and replay or return call.
The quote included a $250 warranty discount but AHS told gave $470 cash towards repairs with another company.

Unfortunately, I don't think this review is going to reveal anything new here, but I can and will confirm what others have posted previously.
Water Heater wasn't working early Saturday morning, so I submitted a service request with American Home Shield. The job was assigned to Sirius, who only reached out AFTER I called AHS to cancel the request due to non-response from Sirius. Being an emergency situation on a Saturday, I decided to allow the job to be reassigned to Sirius.
The technician came out, took a look at the water heater, and said it's bad and needs to be replaced. I

As others have mentioned we had Sirius come out to service something under our American Home Shield warranty. That first encounter was fine and professional and they mentioned they also provide A/C maintenance contracts to service your system in the fall/spring.
A couple weeks later I went on their website and submitted a request to set up a contract. I never heard anything back so I called in a couple weeks later and spoke with someone over the phone to set it up. They supposedly set us up for service and charged my credit card for the next service year.

Well, my hot water heater died. Only discovered this as taking a shower and I only had ice cold water! Darn! So put in a repair service request with American Home Shield, and lucky for me, they assigned Sirius as the contractor!
I received a prompt call the same day and service scheduled for the following day. Raymond was here within a very short window of time promised. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went to pick up the necessary part, in terms I could understand, the gas starter or Thermopile.
