My wife and I had a concrete patio done less than a year ago and it has chipped in multiple spots. We also noticed that they poured in 3 sections and 1 of the sections is higher than the others causing a tripping hazard for my 2 year old daughter. I had reached out to Mike and he said someone would come and fix the chipping but there was nothing he could do about the height differences. Noone showed and it's been months. I also noticed that the color has started to fade in spots due to lack of sealant. After all the money we paid to do this you would think it would last longer than a year. Not

I have learned that when it comes to home improvements you get what you pay for. TLC Construction provided the most beautiful stamped concrete patio's and a perfect driveway for our newly remodeled home. Mike has the right peoiple using the best equimpment and materieals around. As busy as this company is, and as unpredictable as the weather was, I really wondered when our job would get started but the delays were unavoidable. When the work began, the crew was very good at communicating with us and their work was excellent. Taylor removed our old failing walkways, paths and stoops and replaced them with new concrete. The plain concrete stairs and walkways are a huge improvement. The stoops were repaired and overlaid with stamped, colored concrete and look very attractive. Taylor Landscape & Construction removed our wooden deck and replaced it with a patio. Mike Taylor provided guidance on the colors and he definitely got it right. The patio is gorgeous, we've gotten nothing but enthusiastic compliments on it. The weather this year has been crazy so it's been a busy season for contractors but they managed to get the job done at a good price, in a reasonable amount of time and at a very high level of quality.

Our family had a terrible experience with this company. They finished our basement floor. Was hurried and rushed, left their employees to collect funds even when the job was done poorly and we weren't satisfied. We would not recommend this company and will most likely have to have more work done on the floor.
