Great experience! I filled out the contact form on their website last night (Sunday!) and my door was repaired by 1pm today. Dan was polite knowledgeable, and thorough. In addition to replacing two torsion springs, he corrected a mistake that I made when installing the opener several years ago. The door works better than ever. Thanks!

Around 11:00 am I heard a loud bang in my garage. By 3:30 these guys came over and fixed it (snapped spring) and even fixed some attachment issues with the automatic opener. The door works perfectly and the opener is quieter than ever. Great price, great customer service and fast. Who said you can only pick two out of three

Dan was the service technician who completed my job. He is knowledgeable, professional, and generally a very friendly man. He arrived early at my request and completed the task within 30 minutes.

Garage Door Geeks are great! Our garage door stopped working one night leaving one of our vehicles stuck inside. I called them early the next morning and they sent a gentleman named Dan out that same day and he fixed the issue right away. Mr. Dan was very knowledgeable and professional and got the job done in about half and hour. Dan thoroughly explained what the issue was and what the solution would be. I definitely recommend these guys!! The tech that came out was very knowledgeable about how to fix our garage door. He didn’t just say the door had to be replaced he explained the different options to repair it. The repair offered was exactly what we needed and the garage door worked better than it did before it was damaged. If need be we will certainly use them again.
