Michael's Landscape Design was founded in 1997. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree at Stockton State College in 1996, owner-operator Michael Kent, a Burlington County native, started his first landscaping company in a limited partnership. In the fall of 1997 that partnership was dissolved and Michael's Landscape Design was created.

They installed driveway apron pavers to widen my driveway by two feet on each side. The install was fast and professional with attention paid to the details. Mike and his crew were very knowledgeable and answered my questions as the installation progressed. I would highly recommend them for this type of work. I'm very pleased with the finished product at a fair price and will use them again to extend my patio when the time comes.

We gave Mike a seemingly impossible deadline and he exceeded our expectations. We wanted to have a backyard wedding this fall but with material shortages and delays, we weren’t hopeful that we would be able to put in a new patio before the big day. Mike assured me that they would be there and the patio would be in, and he absolutely delivered.
Our new patio is stunning but what I really appreciated about Mike and his team was the way they considered our whole property, not just the patio. We never felt as if they were just there to do a job and leave. Every detail was considered from the plants

Michael (owner) was a pleasure to work with! From day one he was Thorough with the estimate process and quick to respond to emails. The team on-site was excellent, respectful and cleaned up at the end of the day. Michael reviewed everything with me afterwords and followed up to check on my sod and seed. I am so happy with the way our yard turned out and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for sod installation !! Our yard looks fabulous !!

Mike and team turned a backyard with a crumbling deck and 15 years of overgrown trees into a beautiful new outdoor living space. They executed the design perfectly and efficiently. Mike was on site every day to make sure we knew what was happening that day and to answer any questions that came up. His team of five, led by Santiago, worked more like a team of 10. Somehow they ripped out a 15 year old deck and the concrete underneath in one day. The new pavers and stone stairs went in just as quickly and the project was finished off with beautiful landscaping, mulch, and lighting. Mikes attention

Mike quoted me for a job two months out, due to a large number of jobs in the area. He showed up a month earlier than expected, with his crew ready to work. They removed rocks and sand in a 30’x40’ area in one day, and came back two days later to lay sod. They were fast, cleaned up after themselves, very courteous, and fair priced. I will call him again for any future landscape needs.

Incredible work from an incredible company. What they were able to do in just 2 days would have taken me a lifetime, and it would have only looked similar in my head! They're like ninjas. Bringing incredible ideas to the table and leaving you with an fabulous yard when they're done!! Definitely calling them again for future projects!

We had another contractor start a backyard paver project and bailed on it halfway through the job. Michael Kent, the owner, was able to draw on his experience and some outside-the-box thinking to craft a custom solution for situation. He started when he said he would start and finished when he said he would finish - this in and of itself was quite impressive! We were very pleased with the quality of work and his team's attention to detail. You will not be disappointed if you give Michael's Landscaping the opportunity to work on your project - 5-Stars without a doubt!
