After receiving a flawed sofa from a different furniture store and it taking them three months to make it right, we were extremely pleased and relieved at how National Furniture does business! Their customer service is outstanding! They maintained constant communication with us from the beginning all the way through to delivery and set up. We knew exactly when they were coming so we were not waiting around all day for furniture to be delivered. The guys who set it up were prompt, polite and treated our home and merchandise respectfully. We purchased an Ashley sectional from them, which is beautiful

I've been looking at new mattresses for about a week until I went into National Furniture Outlet in Westwego yesterday. Found a new set of mattress and box springs for an excellent price! Thank you National Furniture!! This is the second mattress I have purchased from you. I've had this last one around ten years and it's been great. Also I'd like to add that the employees make you feel like they've known you for years, making your shopping experience very pleasurable. Great place to shop!!

Truly a Hidden Gem! This Mom and Pop family owned business has been in Westwego for years. Their customer service definitely does not disappoint. From walking into the store you are greeted with a smile of a friendly employee they ask you if you are looking for anything in particular and will lead you to the right direction, they offer help and their expertise.
