In 1956, our father Thomas Henry opened the doors to his paving company. Through hard work and determination, he built a strong foundation for his family's future generations to follow in his footsteps. Today, three sons work alongside Thomas daily. Our Private road was in a terrible state with a washout at the bottom of the hill. I realized that It needed to be addressed or by next fall we would not have a drivable road due to the heavy rain we get. Coordinating this with six homeowners, getting a price that would work for everyone seemed like a huge task to take on. (Roadspaving made it easier)

Norman and his guys did a fantastic job! They showed up early, completed the job in a timely matter, and followed what they quoted and then some. Construction engineer feedback: Roads had the lowest quote (for a 2,500 sf asphalt driveway including an added trench drain and some sub grade remodeling to help on drainage) of 4 quotes that I got and the finished product is excellent quality. I am a construction engineer so I am acutely aware of construction quality and standards. The work was scheduled and done on the days I was scheduled. They demoed our driveway, regraded, and compacted the grade on day 1. Day 2 they paved. Very pleased with the finished product. 10/10 recommend.

Roads paving team did an excellent job on my driveway . The driveway looks beautiful , like a runway now . They educated me about the process , challenges (underground roots) , did not hesitate to reschedule and come back on a later date to finish the job as the third party stump grinder took longer to remove all the roots . All the workers were professional and genuinely cared about the quality of the job . Norman followed up a day later to ensure we were happy with their work . We hired Roads Paving to replace our aging, 1200 square foot asphalt driveway. Their bid was lower than a competitor. The driveway is tightly compacted, smooth, and looks great. The work only took around 4 hours from start to finish, including removing the existing asphalt and sub-base. Norm, his crew, and office staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout the entire process.

Rating 5 Stars for Roads Paving they completed a small residential paving job for us. They provided a complete bid and scheduled the work in a timely manner. Upon arriving, the staff was prepared with equipment and supplies. The paving staff is knowledgeable and efficient in completing the job. We gave them five star rating but there was a problem with appropriate grading for proper draining. Roads was extremely responsive in responding to and fixing the problem. We would recommend Roads Paving for your asphalt paving needs. If we have paving needs in the future

Roads Paving did a fantastic large residential paving job for me in Sammamish, WA late last year. A complete removal of a 30+ year asphalt driveway and replacement done beautifully. Norm was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and supervised this large residential driveway paving job very efficiently. The great crew started promptly at 10:00 am and finished completely the same day by 6:30 pm as promised. Fair pricing and superior customer service. I received an estimate that when the contract was wrote up conveniently "forgot" to include the finishing touches, and when questioned the PM told me "No worries". On the day of work I couldn't be there but my husband was. I came hone to find not only was the work not performed, when they rolled my driveway they created higher edges so now I have a severe drainage issue. I called them a few months later when the tar they put down on the seams (that were suppose to be covered) started coming up on our shoes. These guys do great work. They showed up on the day of the job right on time, and got everything underway immediately. My job was to remove and replace a C-shaped driveway below the road surface level. Wasn't even a problem for them. They spent 6-8 hours and were done.
I would recommend these guys to anyone wanting a good job done with little headache and Norm is a kick in the pants to work with too.
Make sure to discuss permit responsibility if one is necessary, it may save you a headache later; other than that, no fuss and done right. I will have them come back to seal this driveway

I purchased an older home in Sammamish a couple of years ago and recently hired Roads Paving to remove the gravel drive and install a new asphalt driveway and semi-circular area. The job was a bit over 2600 sq feet and I had bids from three companies. Roads was prompt with calling me back and coming out to provide an estimate. Their price was really competitive, but what delighted me was how good they were when they came out to do the job. AMAZING!!!!!!!! Norm and his crew know their stuff. They arrived on time at 8:00 AM with a crew of 8. Our job entailed tearing up our 27 year old driveway and repaving. We also added parking on the side and cleaned up behind our sport court. The driveway looks amazing and was actually stopping traffic while they were working. If you need to replace your asphalt this is the company to go with! You will be happy you hired them!!!

Wow, in contrast to the other reviews for this company, we truly had a great experience - seems like they have made a 180 turn from past reviews!
