The Air Conditioning Contractors of Ohio (ACCO) is a not-for-profit trade organization chartered by the State of Ohio representing over 200 members.
Seven contractors came together because of threats to the mechanics lien law. Mike Callahan (Columbus) agreed to chair the organization. With seed money from Cincinnati, Columbus and the now defunct Ohio Valley Sheet Metal Association, the group was able to get all the trades involved in the "battle" and ultimately the group won.
