I honestly cannot fully express how amazing Merari was. We hired him to renovate a home we purchased. He worked for us for about six months turning a house into our dream home. I have included some before and after photos. Not only is he excellent at his job, he is extremely professional and honest. If he promised me things would be done, he made sure it got done if it was at all in his control. Even working many late nights and weekends by himself to make sure it got done. He always worked with me to make sure got things just how I wanted but was honest enough to tell me when he wasn’t sure

Merari was very professional and calm. He really helped us out because we were new home buyers getting our house painted for the first time and he gave us advice on picking colors which saved us BIG time! He also managed to finish the entire beautiful paint job a few days faster than he originally quoted! Great experience! Very happy with the results!

I am going to start working from home and wanted to remodel my office. That idea turned into office, guest bedroom and bathroom remodel. Modern Home Renovations completed our project quickly, accommodated many changes and additions to the project with skill and a good attitude. They are great at communication which was a relief after my experience with a Lowe’s kitchen renovation. They do beautiful work and are organized and clean. I couldn’t be happier with the way everything came out. I highly recommend them. Can’t wait to start on the new pantry!

I would highly recommend Modern Home Renovations. All of the workers very professional, well-groomed, and polite. I was given a written estimate with a complete breakdown of the costs and the time frame. Everything on my estimate was itemized and very detailed, specifically for what I wanted. They made sure that I was happy with the project at every step of the way. If there was anything that I was not happy with, they corrected it immediately. Their warranty for the work was stated up front and I was assured that if there were any problems in the future, they would come and address it quickly

They promptly contacted me after I submitted a request, Merari called and asked the proper questions to get an idea of the type of work I was inquiring about (interior home painting). Followed by an appt. at the property site where he offered his professional recommendations, and gave me options. Merari and his team take pride in their work, efficiently completed the job in a timely manner, very professional all around.
