Mr. Fix It is a company I have since referred out to three family members after their completion of my home projects. It is a company who’s employees are knowledgeable, conscientious, respectful, professional and cleanup after themselves. They have completed three different home projects for us and we will most certainly go to them again for any additional other projects. It is a company you can easily communicate and schedule with. The staff was very warm and professional. They always took time answer all my questions. I left my Ipad in my room when I checked out. I call the hotel when I arrived home in new Orleans.. I do not have enough good things to say about Mr. Fix It. I had a project with a very rigid timeline and rather specific requests. They completed the job on time and the work exceeded my expectations. They were all very responsive to texts, phone calls, and e-mails. I will absolutely continue to promote this group and use them in the future.

Terrible communication. Called for some minor repairs on my rental property and gave a detailed list of the tenant's requests, along with their name and contact information. I gave prior approval for payment of all work completed requested for them to contact the tenants to schedule. Bret responded by asking for the tenant's contact information, when it was clearly displayed in the email chain, and then suddenly stopped responding.

These guys are perfect CALL THEM! They are fast, friendly, reasonably priced and care about what you want done. Even after quoting me on my deck I told Bret I wanted it just a tad wider (2 feet) and they never once made me feel like a drama queen for asking. The result is the PERFECT deck that I envisioned and I am so grateful for this business. Wonderful work guys, thank you so much!

Mr. Fix It's, Jody, came out on a holiday to help me out. The work he performed was very professional. His demeanor was professional as well. He was on time and very polite. When I was at Lowe's picking up something he even called me to ask if I would like him to take the handles off old bi-fold doors and replace them on new ones or use the ones that came w/the doors. I'm very happy with Mr. Fix It and will refer them to friends and family.

Initially I called for a handyman job to fix a leak in the bathroom and repair damaged spongy flooring near the tub. I wasn't really surprised when it turned into a partial bathroom remodel. The entire sub floor had to be replaced as well as the floor tile, part of the tub surround tile, plumbing fixtures, and tub (it had a bent corner that was puddling water).
Bret was very patient with me as I was not prepared for what this turned into. He was excellent to work with and very understanding, nice person.

This mr fix it character is crap for customer service. He makes appointments to come do work and shows up only to tell me he can't find parking and has to excuse himself from the appointment. After talking to mr fix it for the 5 mins on the phone I'd assume he knew the city of New Orleans due to how long he has been in business. And he could've made the decision to not schedule with me due to the understanding that parking was a problem. But mr fix it chose to lead me on with his service only to let me down. thanks mr fix it for the weak effort.

I was blessed enough to have Rick(founder and owner) take a repair job on a cracked door last minute. He arrived on time ealry in the morning as he said he would, was a pleasant as pleasant can be, and stayed true to his word and displayed immense integrity and authenticity not only in the quality of his work, but character.
