Smart Window Creations installed shades in our rental condo 3 years ago, and we have been thrilled with the product and services provided. I put off buying window shades for my big living room windows in my home in Sedona for 16 years. I finally decided enough is enough and I chose Smart Window Creations and I’m so glad I did. Aileen, the owner, was very professional but easy going, no pressure from her. She helped me choose the perfect Light filtering up/down honeycomb shades that look beautiful and they didn’t cost as much as I thought they would! Love having them and they are so easy to use. Aileen is a pro. You have her full attention when you are together, and she hears what you say. Aileen took plenty of time up front to know us, our needs and our budget. She zeroed in on product and material choices that were right on for us. All questions and concerns were well fielded before our decision was made. We truly appreciated Aileen’s being on top of the order and install as they proceeded. Again, this is what a pro does. Our shades are, well, fantastic. The remote operation is so worth the cost—VERY happy we opted for this feature. The beautiful shades make a statement in our home

We bought a second home in Sedona this year which was brand new so needed all new window coverings throughout, large windows and specific needs. We got motorized duettes in some windows, blackout in some, panel shades (might be the wrong term) over the sliding doors. Aileen was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable about color and good suggestions. I changed my mind a few times and she just rolled with it. The installation was easy and perfect and swift.
