John and his team built a wonderful fence for our oversized yard. At the start, John was out there next day to put a quote together for our fence, walked the property lines, suggested changes, and put the plans in place. Much quicker than any other company in the area at the moment. Gate works like a charm and our fence is well constructed. We now have peace of mind. John came out to the house and gave me a quote for a 6ft privacy fence. He was able to get me in as soon as possible as I needed a fenced yard for my dog. He messaged me to let me know when they would arrive and what was happening and they did a wonderful job installing and cleaning up. Would recommend John and his crew to everyone!

I contacted several companies to bid our fence project. John, from Built Right was quick to get back to me and the ONLY one to come to the build site to bid the project. He spent the time to listen to what we wanted done and the best way to do it. He was him my with the a couple of bids with different options to choose from.
Just a few weeks later John came with his build team we went over the job again and it was decided by them of a couple changes to work best for our needs. No change in the bid though. They set the posts that day and came back after the concrete set and had the fence done that

John and his crew were AWESOME!!! My husband and I met with John for the first time for consultation and I knew we were going to let him build our fence for our new inground pool. He was easy to work with, very detailed and has an awesome personality. They set up the first day and completed the job when they came back to finish my mother in law's wood fence. His brother and the crew were on point, cleaned up after themselves and such wonderful people to work with. We all love our aluminum fence as well as my mother in law's fence. They had our new fence built within 2-3 weeks, and done within the day they stated. They left absolutely no mess what so ever, and even helped us choose the best side to put our gate on. We just moved out to the country and needed a fence ASAP due to the closing time frame on the home we sold. John was absolutely amazing! He came out earlier than I anticipated and was able to get the job done 2 weeks earlier than originally planned for. My dogs are super happy to not have to be on leashes anymore! The team did a GREAT job and I love the black chain link fence for our environment, it really looks fantastic!!

At first I thought I made the right decision. The details of everything is just to much. The end result unfortunately is the Gates on one side of my house we’re not what I spent time explaining to John. The whole reason for replacing was to get what I explained in email and in person to John. I should have not paid the second half until the job was done as requested and as said it would be. It all came down to a picture and paper I signed and still don’t understand based on what it shows. I have 2 very nice gates. One not to size, doesn’t latch easily, I cleaned up all the mess

I have four dogs and live in an area where there are lots of places they could run off and get lost. It has been exhausting keeping track of them all. I called several companies but Built Right Fence was the first that made feel they sympathized with my situation. I was beyond ready for a fence and after speaking with the owner, John, it felt right to have them build it. John came out and walked the property with my wife and I and gave us a couple of options. Same experience as the other poster here. Paid for a double gate with the fence. John assured me it would be stout as stout could be. 2 days after install I notice it is badly warped and with 3 months the gate is twisting the whole fence. 4 months in and i have newest and worst looking fence in the neighborhood. John refuses to answer texts or calls from me except one offering to redo the gate for another $350. This place should be starved out of business.

I wish I could select ZERO!!! John (owner of Built "WRONG" Fence, planed and supervised the installation of my two gates at the sides of my house. The 10 foot "steel framed" gate on one side was not built plumb and has a 2" gap at the bottom of where the gates come together and a 1/2" at the top. John promised me that this would not happen and gave me a "life-time" guarantee verbally (my mistake for trusting him) when I agreed to pay his "higher than normal" price. After many text's, calls,un-kept appointments, and even agreed problems
