We have used Mr.Andre for several years and could not be more pleased with his service. Usually he answers when you call or if business is closed he returns your call promptly. Company contracted with Lowes protection plan. Had to use them. Filed claim Tuesday, scheduled date was 9-16-2021 Thursday between 12-4pm. No call no show. Called both numbers no answer only voicemail saying they are only open from M-Thursday till 3pm. Three voicemails left and one email. No response. Filed formal complaint with Lowes Protection. Lets see what happens now. NO CALL NO SHOW

What a company!! excellent service and very professional in all aspects. I am a small business owner working from home and have some issues with my appliances, computer and my website...THIS IS AN ALL AROUND COMPANY!!!... they solved all of my issues on a fashionable manner and very professional..not to mention the affordable cost of their services...will highly recommend them and will use them again thank you for the excellent work

I’ve never had to deal with someone so lazy, rude and careless. Unfortunately, I am forced to use this company because of protection plan limitations. Phone calls to Andres go unanswered and voicemails never get a returned call back. If you have any kind of choice, do not give your money to this company.
On top of the complete lack of professionalism, this company is also committing FRAUD. The owner was only ever in my home once, shined a flashlight around for five minutes, and never returned. About a week and a half later, I received an email saying the service was complete. How is that possible

Home knowing that the washer wasn’t repaired . Now they will not even return my phone calls. This is who Lowe’s Home Warranty contracts with.
Call anybody else but them.

Not good at all. Had an appointment. No call no show. But showed up 2 weeks later.

This has got to be one of the lowest types of companies I've ever dealt with. They contract with Lowes for their extended appliance protection program which is all good, however upon coming to look at a problem with my washing machine, the technician didn't even try to learn about the problem. Literally walked in, took down the model of the machine and said he's going to submit to Lowes for a replacement drum and pump. I figured he must know what he's doing but I was wrong. Talked to Lowes today for a status update and was told that the technician classified it as damage because of the water quality

Both my Samsung washer and dryer went out on me. Christian was able to schedule a same day appointment for both despite coming from an hour away and was able to get the dryer fixed. The washer issue requires more research as it is a recalled product with the recall repair having been done by other less knowlegable repair techs. However, he provided all information to Samsung immediately and they called me within the hour from when he left to assure me their technology specialists were looking at it to formulate a solution. Christian was very prompt and very courteous in addition to being knowledgable

I have been attempting to have my tv repaired for 2 weeks. It is a Samsung and is less than 1 year old. The gentleman I spoke to after making the call myself, and after waiting for a call for 5 days, informed me my tv could not be repaired. After speaking to a Samsung rep, I find out he lied to me and told Samsung he was overbooked. Clearly this business must be doing extremely well and cherry picks their jobs or they are lazy.
