Asked for a deep cleaning and start weekly maintenance. Technician came, did not knock the door or asked me to come for discussing it, just stepped out after couple of minute and when I called their office to follow up I was told : he decided to not take care of the pool and not to accept the maintenance job because the level of your water is too low . Pool is not green, pump and filter working, just needed to turn it on and turn on the water... unbelievable

When we purchased our home our new pool wasn't so new. Pools Next Door was not only responsive to our request for an estimate they provided the best estimate. Our pool underwent such a transformation. Every person who came to our home was kind, respectful, and most important knowledgeable. We enjoyed having them and watching our pool come to life. Definitely recommend. Oh and LED light is definitely worth it.

PoolsNextDoor does a great job for a very reasonable price. They are reliable, professional and friendly. Brooke promptly answers and/or returns phone calls. The owner, Steve, always makes sure you are taken care of. Their technician, Tom McGarr, did an outstanding job at diagnosing and fixing our pool pump. We have used Pools NextDoor the entire time we have lived in our home and our pool always looks amazing. We highly recommend Pools NextDoor.

Well let me tell you this is the business you want to hire. Honest and got the job done. Pinellas Pool claimed he knew what he was doing to find an air leak, not hardly and he didn't know much more than I did. Bruce at Pools Next Door is the man. He came out, identified the the air leak and fixed it!!! No BS, professional and knows his stuff. Finally found a reputable company. Thanks for being the go to company.

Great company. Pools Nextdoor Automated my new pool. Added automation to control pool w phone and so I could switch between Pool and Spa modes on my phone instead of w manual valves. Added an auto-fill device and everything works great. Work was professionally and atheisticly installed. Rodger was very knowledgeable and experienced and Steve was great quoting and coordinating everything. Communication was great. Great team.

I use Pools Nextdoor for my weekly pool service and they always do an amazing job. They installed all new pool equipment (pump, filter, plumbing) when I purchased my home in 2/2020. I recently had a new pool light installed and I am completely satisfied with all of the work they have done. Steve and his team always takes excellent care of all my pool needs at a reasonable price. We have a home in Florida and hands down "Pools Nextdoor" is far Superior than any company I've ever worked with!!! They are Super Reasonable and give the Highest Quality Service of taking care of our pool in Florida - Plus they do phenomenal repairs for anything regarding your pool or spa!!! I have found my new pool repair company! Great communication, quick estimate with very reasonable pricing. They were very busy but they were able to fit me into their schedule the next day. Replaced my pumping system and now is working perfectly. Steve communicated during the whole process and Roger who installed the unit was very nice and professional. Thanks guys for a job well done!

POOL NEXT DOOR is absolutely hands down fantastic!! I purchased a home in Heritage Springs Trinity, FL and initially had another pool service. I hired "Pools Next Door" - Steve to change out our pool pump. He did an awesome job, sending me pictures immediately after the job was done. I'm very very picky and he did a perfect job!! Since his repair job was done to perfection, I asked him how much his monthly service cost were to maintain our pool and his quote was much cheaper than the guy I was using. So he was hired and now that he has been servicing our pool for several months, I can HIGHLY recommend

We just moved in to a place with our first pool, the pump had been off for ten days so the water was green. After having one pool service not work out I called Steve and he was really helpful and honest about the time and work that needed to be done. Within the week our pool was useable again. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone, he is super professional and his guys are great too!! He even texted me on a Saturday just to make sure everything was still good. Happy customer

My pool pump was completely dead and the plumbing had blown out of the top of the pump. Others were telling me they were booking a week out. Steve came out that afternoon to look at it, gave me a great price on a nice Pentair pump installed with additional plumbing and had the work done within two days. The technician, Roger, was patient and answered all my questions about the new pump. CallPools Nextdoor first. They have excellent prices and are extremely responsive.
