Furnace and central air conditioner tune-ups are essential for the longevity and health of an HVAC system. In most cases furnace and A/C tune-ups are required by the manufacturer to keep the warranty. Furnace and central air conditioning system tune-ups should be performed once per year as they're important to property just like an oil change to a car.

They were able to get a technician to our home the same day I called and he diagnosed the issue immediately where a different company did not give us a clear or confident answer. The price was about 25% less than the other quote we received. They credited us for diagnostic fee when we purchased a new system from them. The installation was performed two business days later. The technician modified the air handler to allow access from the front instead of the back because the previous owner of my home built a wall very close to it. I’d like to give A big “shout out” to Matt and the gang at Competitive Heating. I highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs. Had them install a whole house dehumidifier system. From the initial consultation to the install and follow up, they were top notch. Awesome work by Matt and his team. They got me scheduled right away, were on time, professional and honest. I was worried I would need a new AC unit and matt fixed it. What really made me trust and enjoy working with them is he even offered to clean off our AC unit because it was looking dirty. This company is thoughtful and puts their clients first. Great company! Super service! Mid July when we had 90's, our A/C went out, of course!! I called Paul at Competitive Heating around 5pm and within a short time Matt came over to see what the problem was. Well, the problem was that our 30 year old unit died!!! They came over the NEXT day and installed a new one. The installer did a great job, no a super job!!! We can't say enough about COMPETITIVE HEATING & AIR LLC!! Great job Paul & Matt!!

I was hospitalized last week and needed surgery. I was released after 4 days only to come home and find out our AC was broken. Matt was out within an hour to get us back up and running. I have used this company for years but Matt solidified why I will never use anyone else!! Truly an amazing company that I will forever recommend to anyone needing an HVAC company!
