Todd and his crew were absolutely amazing! They showed up to my house as scheduled, completedly replaced 13 windows in a timely, clean, courteous, and professional manner.
They cleaned up after themselves and helped me rehang my window fixtures. I am so impressed with them, I am having them replace 6 more windows and a few doors. I highly recommend using Modern Concepts!

Todd was out to install a storm door for me. He was professional and pleasant. Even asking me if I would like him to adjust how easily the door closed. He encountered some obstacles removing my old door. He remained very positive about it. He went about and beyond in customer service and I really appreciated it. Thank you.

Had Todd and his crew here 31 Dec and 01 Jan. Bottom-line up front, they were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, on-time ... can’t say enough good things about my experience with Modern Concepts. They replaced all of the windows in my home. They took great care to protect the interior of my home before they started removing the windows. The team worked flawlessly and efficiently as they moved throughout the installation process. The knowledge they showed throughout the replacement of nearly 65-year old single pain windows was awesome as each of the original windows were installed slightly

Todd and his crew at Modern Concepts do amazing work! They were brought in (by Lowe's) to install our new windows, front double door with sidelights (a BIG door) and our garage entry door. To say the least, they did a phenomenal job! They always cleaned up after themselves, and they did excellent quality of work (maintenance free). We will have them do more home improvement projects as I know the job gets done right and I don't have to touch it again. Thank you, Todd and crew!
