Big Bear Lock

Locked out of our place owner of lock shop showed up very apologetic for the extra long wait ( first employee to show couldn't get door unlocked) gave a discount due to extra long wait time. Hopefully we won't need their devices again but if we did definitely would call them.

Took my new Schlage keypad and lock in for a rekey and they were fast and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

If you have a tough key replacement come here!!' Come here even if you have an east key replacement. The woman who makes the keys is a key artist. We brought in a 1960s padlock and key and she was able to create a second key!!!! Amazing!!!

I use these Guy every-time I need locks changed in my rentals. I have been using them for about 5 years. They are always in time and always pleasant to use. I have also gone into their shop to get keys made and always friendly fast service! I won't use anyone but them. They are also a part of AAA and when I kicked my keys in the car, they were there for me! Thank you for being the best.

Nathan was an amazing locksmith for our situation. My wife and I were renting an air bnb in big bear and on the day we were getting married, when we came back from breakfast, we had gotten locked out. After working with the homeowner, Nathan was able to help us get back into the house in time for us to get to our wedding ceremony that day. These guys saved us big time after losing the car key on the mountain. We basically had no options on a Sunday, after hours, and no spare key to the car exists. Got to us twice as fast as quoted and had a new key printed in record time.

On a 5 day camping trip up here in Big Bear, my son accidentally locked our keys in our fifth wheel. I immediately searched for a locksmith and phoned A-Kenn’s Bear Valley Lock and Key.
