BSM Residential specializes in high-quality finishing with natural stone, manufactured stone, stucco and brick. Cultured or manufactured stone is handcrafted from molds using selected stones that create elegant replicas of the real thing. The "close to nature" appearance of Centurion's wide variety of products has made it one of our customers' favorites. Our stone has a distinct advantage because it is lighter, less expensive and easier to install than natural stone.
Stone has always had the ability to be just about anything you wanted it to - and meanwhile it provides permanence and a feeling of security. Stone walls can have the kind of color, contour and texture absent in many other materials. Exterior walls of stone blend organically into the countryside, while interior stone walls and fireplaces give atmosphere and character to any home.
Stone Age produces both round and square fire pit models composed of high temperature concrete and aggregate. Warning to all potential clients! I don’t do reviews, but I feel compelled. I’ll put aside the atrocious workmanship as is evident by the photos. The service was an absolute embarrassment. The individual “managing” the job took absolutely no accountability for the lack of quality, and it was an act of God to get any sort of resolution. At one point I was texting separately with my home builder and the individual at Builders Stone and the employee at Builders Stone texted me by mistake thinking he was texting the builder and said “don’t worry, I’ll go over there and shut him up”

Chad who seems like he’s supposed to be the guy in charge showed a lack of professionalism. Laughed in my face when I questioned something about a return, didn’t need to be confrontational nor did he need to be rude. I hope this helps anyone who simply likes to do business with people that know how to handle a store and are looking out for YOU as the customer. Stone was great, just had a bad experience with Chad. The front desk was helpful with anything I needed.

We have worked with Justin at BSM for years. We just had them out to our showroom to do both stone and stucco. This was the fourth time we have had them out to do stone and stucco for us after each update on our showroom. We will use no-one else. Their team is efficient, clean, and top notch. My builder told me to meet with BSM to pick out the stone for my house. I called Chad after an e-mail to him went unanswered for 2 weeks. Chad told me to call the "girls at the showroom" who make all the appointments. At my appointment the "girls at the showroom" were incredibly unhelpful. They did not explain the process or the options. She stood with us the whole time without offering guidance, while at the same time hurrying us up. We chose 3 types of stone and asked for quotes for the 2 that weren't standard. She kind-of scoffed at our selections, and said that Chad would be back in touch with

Fantastic experience from ordering to pickup. The quality of stone is always good, very little waste and extremely well packed. Best of all, no matter your project size you will be treated well!

We recently did a remodel of our back patio. Our experience with other contractors left us frustrated and confused. Finally we found Darin Patterson at Builder’s Stone! What an awesome customer experience! He communicated with us every step of the way. Our original Thursday install date was looking doubtful because of rain and Darin called to let us know what to expect if there was a weather delay. In 2020 true fashion, it did rain...for two days. The crews worked hard to catch up and were able to get our project started and completed over the weekend! Darin came by the house on a Sunday morning

We called BSM to have a bid done on our house. They sent a sales man out. He arrived, was polite took the measurements and our information and sent us a bid two days later. The price was GREAT! They were honestly about a grand under the other bids. So we agreed to the bid. That is were everything went wrong. There was no communication between the company, the sales team or the customer. The install team did not show up on their scheduled day, nor did we receive a call to inform us that things had changed.
