Kyle was helping my neighbor that had shingles fall off of their roof from Saturday’s storm. I asked him if he could inspect my roof as I know it’s older. He reassured me that everything seems to be in good shape up there, and there’s nothing to worry about at this time. We appreciated his helpful advice and information. We will definitely be calling him in the future if we ever have any problems with our roof.

From start to finish Kyle and Final Touch made this whole process as easy and painless as could be. With in one month they had my roof fully approved from our insurance company. Got a folder pamphlet at my door about wind damage on my roof, I called Salem, who left me that folder and asked for their companies services. He came out and inspected my roof, we filed a claim, and 1 week later I was approved for a whole new roof. Salem was very knowledgeable and professional, he handled the whole process for me from beginning to finish. Their crews did a great job on my roof, and Salem stopped over after the install to address any concerns and make sure I am happy with the install. We had shingles get blown off our roof. Salem knocked our door and offered to help get us a full roof replacement through our insurance, we agreed and he handled the whole process for us from there. We got a whole new roof put on our garage and home. We also worked with Joe the interior manager, and he was very pleasant and professional. He made sure all our interior damage was talking care and paid for in the claim we filed as well. Would recommend this company to anybody and everybody.

We had our roof replaced in 2013 by Final Touch. As part of that work we purchased the extended warranty. Last weekend I noticed some shingles had blown off in the high winds. I called on Monday morning asking them if there was anything they could do to help. By that afternoon, they were at my house and the shingles were replaced. Outstanding customer service! I was referred to Final Touch Construction by a friend of mine and he provided me Chris Poslet’s number. I called and Chris was very professional and set up a timely appointment for a roof inspection. He arrived and completed a thorough inspection of my roof. He suggested due to wind damage to complete an insurance claim and attempt a repair. I’ve never done this before and Chris walked me through every step. He even came to meet with the insurance company when they came for their inspection. Chris was always available for questions and took care of every step along the way. He covers everything

The crew that showed up was AMAZING! Crew showed up at 10 by 7 they completed both my house and garage! Mind you it got dark at 5! Final Touch was a wonderful choice for our family. We were approached at the door by Tad Kessler, a representative of their company. He explained to us that we had storm damage to our property and offered a free inspection. Upon his results, we decided to file a claim with our insurance. It was a very easy process that Tad assisted the entire way. He met with the insurance adjuster, discussed what was needed to be done and soon enough, we were approved for a roof replacement. We also purchased a new gutter system to go with the new roof. The crew arrived on site, tore off and replaced our roof

Final Touch Construction and Erich Moore were amazing to work with! They guided me through my insurance claim with State Farm and made everything very streamlined. Erich explained how to properly ventilate my home and showed me different options. He made everything very clear to understand and was extremely responsive when I needed him!
