John Harmon, owner, returned my mother’s call promptly and kindly came to her condo in Sarasota to check out her water heater problem that same day. John was able to fix the immediate issue but my mother was concerned about the age of the water heater. There was no pressure from John to actually replace the old water heater right away but it was at the end of what is considered the usual life span for water heaters and so, for peace of mind, my mother asked him to install a new one.
