I had a very similar experience to some of the one star reviews. I bought the sofa of close to $4000 last yr and the back cushions started to sag. I reached out to Ray (owner) in April and he mentioned he would fix it for me but with COVID and more than a 1.5hr drive , I could not take the cushions back. I drove down few months back and the store is closed 'cos of fire it says. Now Milan responded back and I have to keep following up every month with no resolution to refill the cushions as the sofa store is closed now. It's just doing runarounds and I wish I could give 0 now. This is

I bought a $3000 sofa bed from Dreamsofa.com after I told them I didn't want a 4"or 5" mattress and they said they had an 8" euro top mattress that they guaranteed me (twice) would fit in their sofa. What they delivered was 6 1/2" longer than the frame (overhanding 4" at the foot and 2 1/2" at the top) and permanently attached to the frame! And rock-hard pillows that were advertised as cozy and good for snuggling (they said it took 1 then 2 then "several weeks" to break in, but 3 weeks of daily use and were still rock hard).

We purchased a sofa about 3.5 years ago from Rose Design and the cushion piping was starting to rip. We took the the cover in for repair over 4 months ago. They told us it would take a few days to fix. We've been trying to reach them ever since leaving multiple messages and stopping by the store (which is locked). We understand there was a fire in their store's back room, but no one is calling back letting us know if our cushion cover was damaged or is available to pick up. We just need answers as we now have an exposed cushion on an expensive custom couch that is starting to break down

We love this store. The first time we walked in to the stores, Ray was kind, listened to us patiently, and most important he did not rush us to make decisions quickly. We took our time, trying out different kinds of couches and looking through designs. This store has variety of collections and Ray helped us by recommending what would blend well with our decor. We bought a couch about five years ago. The couch showed up looking as expected and they guaranteed cushions would be restuffed free of charge. After years of moderate use, we tried to take them up on the offer but got the runaround on more than numerous calls and emails. Decent product, terrible customer service.

Ordered online from Dreamsofa.com. While it took over 3 months to arrive due to COVID limitations, I am happy to report that the sofa is a dream! The fabric is beautiful and it looks even better than the pictures! It was packed well so there was no damage during shipping. I would very enthusiastically recommend Rose Design/Dreamsofa to anybody looking for a high-quality customizable couch that isn't insanely expensive!

It was great working with Ray. He goes above and beyond. He did the measurements for the sofas, suggested what would work for our space, listened to what we wanted and was very patient (cause I kept changing my mind on the style) with us. We ordered a loveseat and a full sofa. When they arrived, they're beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The delivery took a bit of time due to the pandemic, but Ray was very good about updating us. Will definitely return for any future sofa and furniture needs! Highly recommended!

I had ordered a couch from living spaces last year and after three months, they forgot about my order and I was left couch-less. Desperate, I ordered a dark floor model and it was a complete waste of money. I had visited Rose after I had received that couch and wished I had gotten my couch with them. Flash forward 9 months later and I donated my old couch and custom ordered this gorgeous beauty in the photo. I had a sense of the design I wanted but the customer service and attention to detail at Rose was incredible! They helped me modify the top cushions to be higher and made my two side cushions

We were looking at west elm furniture and then came here and overall experience was amazing. We had a custom made couch that was no where close to how expensive west elm is with even more comfort. Ray and Mari provided excellent customer support and us very happy. We have been to all the west elm stores in the Bay Area to sit and try the couches but they just didn't have the comfort we wanted. We have a medium firmness couch and wanted stability and support for our backs but at the same time not so stiff that you couldn't sit on it for a while. They delivered this 100%. I highly recommend

I got a bed frame and a dresser at Rose Design, and I'm really satisfied with the quality and looking of the furniture. It is just or even more than what I was expecting, really nice furniture.
Moreover, Ray was really helpful and honest. He gave me some suggestions that fit perfectly with my budget. Also, they delivered everything to my house and assembled it in less than 30 minutes.
