Matt is prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable. Our three-year-old dryer lost heat, plus our ductwork out the back of the dryer wasn’t the best. He replaced a part which he explained typically can fail in dryers at three years old, and we do use our dryer a lot in our family of four. He also fixed the leak in our ductwork which had blown lint into the space behind the dryer. He checked the whole ductwork from back of dryer to the rooftop vent and got things all ship-shape. From phone call to finished job was under two hours, and we live a half hour away. Matt is outstanding!

My fridge and freezer were not holding cold temps and thought my food was going to spoil. I called everywhere in Rochester and each place was booked for up to 3 weeks. Finally decided to call Matt and he was at my house working on my fridge within 1.5 hours. He was able to diagnosis and fix the problem within an hour. He was very polite and rates were fair especially considering how quick he was able to fix my appliance. Would not hesitate to use him again.

I called Matt this morning. I explained him the situation I was having with my washer. he was very flexible as I had meeting s schedule and had to call him 3 times to change the time due to meetings. I work remote and I knew it would be noisy. He came on time and fixed my washer fast. He was very professional and very friendly. I would recommend this business, he is excellent!

My washer was broken suddenly, even with clothes still inside. I called others, but no one can come as fast as Matt does. He is so kindly to answer my request and came much earlier than I thought. He is so professional. He saved us! Even better, the service price is very reasonable and affordable! Really appreciate! I will definitely recommend every one to call him for help when things happens.

I called Matt @ approximately 1:10 pm on a Friday afternoon. Matt said he could probably be at our house by 2 pm. He was knocking on my door by 1:38 pm. Super responsive! This is the second time we’ve used Matt to repair one of our appliances, very pleased! Matt came in and had our dryer taken apart and figured out all in about 10 min. He was in and out within 30 min. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable, and very professional! Matt is a great guy, give him a shot! You won’t be disappointed!
