Small Business Maintenance Solutions was started by me, to offer handyman services to families, and professional maintenance services to small businesses, churches and organizations. I am a life long resident of Stanly County where I continue to live with my family, and look forward to providing quality maintenance services for people here and the surrounding area.
How many maintenance men does it take to change a light bulb, fix a leak, change a filter and repair a broke door lock?. Our business model is to provide monthly routine maintenance for your facility, with the added bonus of taking care of your list of maintenance request on the same visit. Mark did a great job of remodeling a previous Dairy Milking building that had fallen into disrepair. He was able to keep the charm of the old building while making it secure and weather proof. He replaced doors, windows and gable ends and replaced rotten wood where needed. I would highly recommend Mark for any project.
