Couldn't speak more highly of our experience with Tiger Security. Our initial meeting was with Fred, who a) had been very patient as several unexpected occurrences had caused us to move, then cancel, then reschedule meetings to discuss possibilities, then b) showed up to walk us through options with a good sense of humor about our eccentric house. Dale showed up on time to do the installation, and was terrific, checking with me to make sure placement of all sensors and alarms were correct and giving me very good advice about adjustments. He worked through his lunch to get the job done, and thoroughly

We had their services in our metal building and it would just not EVER work properly. So after they’d send someone out to work on it, nothing ever got better. So when you sign up with them you have to get a contract. So I called them to figure out how to cancel services and get out of the contract since I was paying monthly for a security system that would not ever work properly. I was even offering to pay a early fee or a settlement. So therefore I was paying monthly for a service I couldn't use for 36 months!
