Pool Heroes West Sacramento, CA

After our highly trained pool techs test and add the appropriate chemicals to your pool, they record it onto our system using their device. This includes "chemical readings" & "chemicals added". Next, the pool technician will spend his time thoroughly cleaning your pool. Once your pool is sparkling and clean, he will then take a picture of your clean pool and upload it to our database.

Here's the fun part. After recording your chemicals, cleaning your pool, and taking a picture, the pool tech will add any additional notes if needed. Once done, you will immediately receive an email with the picture of your pool cleaned, the notes, and chemical data! Pretty cool huh? Pool Heroes, Inc. is a 21st Century pool company, owned by the Johnson Family.

We are a company that takes the extra steps to provide you with the best possible pool service experience. We strive for 3 things! Really happy with this service. I especially like that once they service your pool they let you know via email, including photos of what was wrong or done.

John is amazing! We had just bought a house with a pool for the first time, and had initially kept the same maintenance service as we weren't really sure what needed to be done and the pool looked fine to us. Long story short, the other guys spent about 3 minutes each visit and didn't even refill chlorine tablets but still charged us close to $200 a month. We found John on yelp after getting fed up when our pool was turning green after being "cleaned" once a week, so we made the switch over and it's like night and day! My pool is what I would consider a challenging (problem) pool. After 15 years of use green builds up and it takes the right amount of treatment to get it right. Other pool companies in the past told me I need to spend two thousand dollars to get things right and they let the pool suffer as an excuse. I love this new pool Service. My last 5 companies were all flakes. It’s hard to tell if they actually came by to service the pool. With Pool Heroes they send an email with a picture after every service. They do a good job and I never have to worry about my pool guy not showing up.

Really happy with this service. I especially like that once they service your pool they let you know via email, including photos of what was wrong or done. My old Pool service was terrible at communicating, so it's great to be kept updated about what is going on with my pool. Also very prompt at getting back to me about anything.

The owner is such an awesome dude. Service from the company is always on time. Send me pics of the pool once it's cleaned, and all the work he has done. Never had to worry about the pool being dirty since I hired him. Great service. Would recommend to anyone who asked.
