Nathan is incredible! I was in Little Rock for business and had one ear that was completely blocked up. I booked an appointment with Nathan and we quickly found that one ear was completely plugged with wax. I was worried that I wouldn’t get the wax removed but Nathan remained optimistic and determined, and after 90 minutes of hard work the blockage was removed and I can hear again! He is truly a professional who is very dedicated to his craft - and he was a lot of fun to sit with for 90 minutes! I would encourage you to visit with Nathan for all of your hearing needs!

I can't believe I found this place. Needing a little extra help with my ears. I loved my experience. Dr. Nathan is truly great! He answered all of my questions and even let my son from Chicago watch and answer all of his questions. My son has even made an appoint for when he comes to town. I will definitely be back if I need anything and I’ll definitely recommend them to others.

I came from California to visit my parents in Little Rock. I took my 91 year old dad to Chenal Hearing. Nathan was fabulous!! He was patient, kind, respectful, informative, and honest. We need more people to be treat others as Nathan treated my father. I'm back in California and have total confidence that my dad is taken care of with his hearing aides!

Nathan Darby & his staff were the nicest people ever! Nathan told us more in our visit with him than the previous hearing center we visited. In fact he gave us more information and more hope than even the ENT's we have seen. We will definitely be coming back here and suggest that if you need a hearing test / hearing aids this is where you go.
