Services
If we are not able to assist on the phone, we will place a work order for maintenance to assist during their next visit. This may occur if your account has an overdue balance or an improper lock or no lock was placed on the unit. Please check to make sure you have used a disc lock and are current on payments for your unit.
It fits furnishings of a mid-sized bedroom, including a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a TV and several small to medium-sized boxes. It fits the contents of an entire family room or two full bedrooms, including several small to medium-sized boxes. It fits the contents of three full bedrooms and larger items such as a piano, couches, tables, or large-screen TVs, plus several medium to large-sized boxes.

We rented a mobile storage unit from the folks at Greenleaf, and we’re super pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the team. We needed a unit quickly on a Friday afternoon and they came through with flying colors, delivering our storage solution in just a couple of hours. I have had a wonderful experience renting with Greenleaf! I was able to rent online after hours and add more units to my account as needed. The staff is friendly and called to make sure I didn't have any questions or issues with my rentals. The facility is very secure and cleaner than any storage facility I have used before. Greenleaf truly values their customers and does everything they can to make the experience stress free.

It is so easy dealing with Greenleaf. They are so understanding in dealing with out of state parents and try to be as accommodating as possible. They always have friendly extra staff readily available on heavy move in and move out dates which is awesome when there is a snag. The units are super clean. Very well run and efficient.

So glad I chose Greenleaf Self Storage for our Clemson move out this year! From our first interaction until the move out day, they were fantastic. They answered questions in a timely manner, followed up with additional information and suggestions, and the staff on property were so helpful. They are a very well run business.
I highly recommend Greenleaf for your self storage needs. They are a short ride from Clemson’s main campus, the facility is very clean and well lit and the staff could not be more accommodating.

Without a doubt, this is the best storage facility that I have ever used. When I first started renting, the owner called and asked if I needed any assistance. He even gave me advice for my move to Seneca. I could tell that he really cares about his customers and I’m not just “another renter”. The layout is easy to navigate whether you are in a car or a truck. The storage unit was new and clean. I’ve been to some storage units with dirty wood floors but Greenleaf has clean and level concrete floors. I would not hesitate to rent again if additional storage is needed.

Absolute excellence all around. I feel motivated to share my experience with Greenleaf because of how great all aspects of it are. Fantastic, responsive, and courteous owners. Responded promptly and were very friendly, helpful. The units are well maintained, clean. (The owner even came by once I had rented to mop and make sure it was up to standard!) The property has excellent security measures. Fast rental speed, I was allowed to tour units prior to renting too, just asked on the phone. Has climate controlled and humidity controlled units with music playing inside too! Could not be happier with
