Made New Restoration & Remodeling

Where do I begin? Made New Restoration and Remodeling has helped us see the silver lining within our crummy situation. They took our basement and turned it into a whole new living area for our family. So much was done. We had another company add in a new sump pump system and trenching around the whole perimeter of the basement and new basement windows. Jim and his team then came in and made things happen. At the busiest time in their year they finished a huge job in an amazing time frame. The thing that stood out to me as clear as can be is the fact that they legitimately care about their clients

While we were sleeping our sump pump failed during a heavy rain storm causing our basement to flood. This included our newer refinished side of the basement. We were put in contact with Made New Restoration and we are so glad they helped us through it. They offer great customer service with their friendly staff, knowledge, and quality in their work. We called Made New when we discovered moisture issues in the rec room of our finished basement. Jim, Soctt, Christy & Jenny quickly came over and solved the problem. They did such a great job and where so great to work with we decided to have them do a complete basement remodel. They are prompt, friendly and dependable and they worked around our schedules. Jim and the entire Made New Restoration team were phenomenal and made our project go flawlessly! We ended up needing their services due to a leak from our bathtub in to the finished part of our basement. They were able to come in, access the damage, make a game plan and coordinate everything with us and our insurance agent to get it all taken care of. They ended up having to cut a large portion of our basement ceiling out due to all of the mold and moisture, but you'd never know by looking at it now! We had a lot of remodeling done in the past 30 years for we have an old house. This place by far was the most responsive in following through with when they would come and get the job done. They were very professional and we feel we got a pretty good deal. They fixed a leaky roof and believe me we've gotten a lot of rain since and have seen no leaks any where. They also had to touch up the ceiling on the inside and did a phenomenal job with matching it up to the rest of the ceiling. Would definitely call them again.
