We recently built our house and got the carpets cleaned sixth months after moving in. We decided to have tri city ultra clean come out to clean our carpets and the machine used ruined our carpet. We had the professional that we bought our carpet from and installed from look at the carpet and they declared that the carpet is ruined. We will not use tri city ultra clean and will warn others with quality carpet of their service.
