I highly recommend this place, they are very professional and they listen to what you need exactly , they were able to come within one hour because I had some lock issues .

I am so grateful for Pat's key! I called them for help getting into my storage unit (my lock froze and my key started bending!). They showed up quickly, were incredibly thoughtful and professional, and were able to get me in within about 20 minutes. They really saved the day (my movers were already there!), and I was amazed as how great their prices were. I hope I won't need to call a locksmith again, but if I do - I am definitely calling Pat's.

Had several keys made for my condo. 7 keys in all only $17! Fit all my locks like a glove! Kiosk keys in various hardware stores usually stick and sometimes don't fit! Highly recommend!

I needed to get deadbolts installed on my exterior doors, the technician from Pat's arrived on time and installed the locks in a short amount of time, and cleaned up after himself. The technician was very professional and their prices matched what was quoted to me; overall I'm very happy with their work.

Pat's Key N Lock Inc is a great place to do business .They are friendly, courteous and professional. I broke key on 2005 Honda Pilot. They ordered the key,called when it came in and took care of it when I went in.

Pat and his staff fixed a lock issues fast. A year later still no problems.

Took 3 trips to get a simple copy of a key made. First copy tip was too long - key would go in but not turn. Second copy was too wide - would not even fit in the slot. Third time finally did a laser cut and that worked. When I expressed my frustration that I had to make 3 separate trips to the store for a simple copy, I got a shrug and “oh well.” No apology for wasting my time.

Use them at my business on a regular basis. Prompt service, accurate quotes, and they're willing to give advice when needed.
Had an issue where an item they fixed ended up having further issues a month later. They came out, for free, and corrected the issue within the hour. This is the mark of a good business.

Visited store in July for a spare motorcycle key. They didn't have any blanks in stock, which is no big deal. They said they would order some and let me know. 3 months and 7 phone calls later, they still do not have the blank and aren't even sure they ordered it. Everytime I call asking they say they will look into the order and call me back, which they never do.

My wife hired Pat's to fix one of our door knobs and repair a door latch. He also went around and banged in all of the pins in our door hinges, after noticing they were sticking out due to our house settling over the years. Pat, the owner, was present with his nephew Jake who is his apprentice. Pat was incredibly personable.

Went to Pat's to get a Honda key copied. Went in expecting to just get the new key cut (which I got cut promptly with a really cool machine) and be on my way. When I went to start my car I ran into some issues. I was expecting to have to solve the problem on my own (since it was a cheap key I bought from Amazon), but no, Pat went out of his way to help me come up with a solution. Going back and forth between the shop and my car in the parking lot, Pat helped me take apart both keys and figure out the best way to get it to work. He fully explained everything and I learned a lot in the process

Pat and his crew all rallied together and came up with a plan and opened the Thule.
Thank God the Ski's were stuck in there.

The owner made me 5 keys in under 3 minutes.

Pats Key N Lock is our go to location for all our key and lock needs! They have helped us out so many times with lost keys, broken locks, standardizing keys and key copies! We have had many many keys copied there and every one works first time no problem! I can't say the same for some of the big box stores. Nothing worse than having to haul my butt back to Home Depot when a key won't work and I have done that more than I want to admit. We only use Pats now. They have a colorful and cool selection of key blanks and tons of other neat stuff. The kids love going there for keys. Their prices

These guys are very knowledgeable in the area of locks and safes.

They secured my entire house and did so with attention to detail. All doors open and close smoothly.

Once there was a delay due to an emergency call for a lock out and they kept me informed of that, which is unusual with many contractors (those simply do not call).

Their price was competitive and they accept cards.

You probably want to call instead of email. They respond faster to phone than emails.
