Oh no! Our refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling. We have never had to call an appliance repair service before. We asked around but no one had any good recommendations. My husband turned to Google where he found Appliance Service and Repair. I called the number and left a message. A lady called me back the same day, said they could come look at it the next day. Steven called and said he could come early if we wanted. He was on time, polite and professional. Took a look at it and quoted a cost. Farrin communicates the issues and if parts are needed, they are ordered and repair gets completed!! I’ve never been disappointed! I am a customer for LIFE! Farrin came to repair my refrigerator and his service charge of $69 was more than reasonable. Unfortunately, my refrigerator was on its last legs and had to be replaced, but Farrin made sure it was patched to hold me over until I could get a new one. He is kind, personable, and very easy to work with. He even came over to my home tonight and helped the owner of the business where I purchased my new unit bring in my refrigerator, then hooked it up, THEN returned later with some stainless steel appliance spray for me to use to protect the finish!
