Always service my car here and have never had a problem. They let me used a loaner vehicle one time for a longer service. Clean and roomy waiting area, just a little dated. Staff is always excellent in service department and when talking to sales. It's great to have a locally owned Lexus dealership. Can't wait to see the new LX 600.

Do not go here unless you wanted to be treated like trash. My wife and I tried to buy a vehicle from them and they acted like we didn’t have enough money to buy from them. Horrible customer service. So we went and bought a Porsche. Would give them less than 1 star if it would let me. Advise not to buy here!

I told the Service Advisor: If the car checks up, I will get a service. He went ahead and ordered the service. It cost me 250 dollars for a lousy UCI. Especially since the car has RUST DAMAGE, and has been involved in a flood, or weather event that has covered the bottom half of the car in rust. Plus, the invoice states the car was washed/vacuumed. THE CAR HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED. LEXUS of Kingsport lied to me, and ripped me off.

Patrick Adinolfi and sales staff were amazing. Felt comfortable from the moment walked into the showroom. It felt more like meeting with friends to discuss vehicles - not pushy in anyway. Communication was great always keeping us informed of the process - never felt pressured. Dustin in financing was wonderful to work with again felt like talking with a friend. However, the detail department was not up to the same level. Never spoke with them nor did we ask for anything to be corrected but interior of the vehicle was not as pristine as you would have expected from a Lexus dealership detail. Even

This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! We drove 2 hours to purchase this vehicle because the customer service we received over the phone from Lexus Of Kingsport was better than all the other dealerships in our area. I think Lexus makes a great vehicle and we have purchased another one in the last few months from another dealer. What I don't like is the dealership starting with the General Manager and I feel they have an attitude that they are better than the general public and I guess its because Lexus is a high end luxury car and their attitude is if you don't look like you can afford us, then we will not give you the time of day and this practice has been going on for years (my opinion). I guess when a customer service class was offered, they elected not to attend. Maybe Rick Hill and the family needs to
