The Environmental Protection Agency has reported that indoor air pollution levels can be 100 times higher than the air outdoors. Breathing contaminated air puts the health of you and your family at risk.
The S300FX-GX is designed for applications that require filtration as well as purification. The included HEPA Filter is 99.97% effective, trapping particles down to 0.3 microns in size. Purification is done through Germicidal Photo-Oxidation. The air is pulled into the Aluminum UV Reaction Chamber where the air is made to pass parallel to the UV Lamp, bombarding it with UVC & UVV light, destroying the biological & chemicals in the air.

My air conditioning quit working on the hottest day of the year, July 2. I called OceanAir in the morning and even though they were completely booked for the day, they were able to get a technician to my house the same day. The technician was very professional and had my system fixed the same day. My kids and I are very appreciative.

We have used Ocean Air for our heating and A/C for years and couldn't be happier with the service every single time. They have never left us in a bind, even on a 100 degree day in the Summer with no A/C. They are quick to respond, courteous, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they are honest. They will give us options and not necessarily recommend the most expensive one. Highly recommend!

We used Ocean Air to fix our boiler. Without it we have no heat or hot water. Our boiler is getting old and we were concerned that the parts would not be available and we'd have to buy a new one. The Ocean Air technician found the parts that were needed and was able to fix our boiler the very same day. We were truly appreciative and will definately use Ocean Air again if needed.
