Todd Smith, a Leavenworth native, formed the company in 2010 to provide holistic design to as many people as possible. We are an Eastern Washington Architectural firm that can provide a high level of regional and Washington State-wide service & beyond.

We have been lucky to work with Todd Smith on numerous occasions. It's incredible that a town like Leavenworth has such talent available locally. Todd designed a major remodel for most of the first floor of our 1920's farmhouse including the kitchen, dining, laundry, powder room and mud room entrance. The previous iteration was a jumbled mess created over the previous century and Todd created a new layout that made the spaces modern and functionable while keeping the charm of yesteryear.
