Ordered concrete from star concrete with pumper, truck arrived and job was ok since I was providing all the labor. When attempting to pay they informed me after the job they only accept cash or check. but would add a fee to take a credit card! That is illegal! Quick to try and place liens on you with no idea about customer service. Second job pumper was not interested in working, had to run the hose myself and re set up as he couldnt pour the front side of a wall at 12'

Awful place: they say they close @ 5pm but when you go to dump concrete waste; the operator on the scale gest down from it @ 3pm. At least they should mention the exact hours you close for some specific tasks. Otherwise you are making us waste time and gas. Thank you for making me waste time and $ on gas.

This company has a horrible practise of sending out a pre-lien to all customers regardless of payment schedule between Star Concrete and the contractor. Avoid at all costs. Let companies with dinosaur practises die.

Their trucks consistently run red lights up and down 7th Street causing lots of close calls for pedestrians and other drivers.

A bunch of jerks in this company..I was quoted for concrete delivery.. when I call back they change the prize..they so rude then Walmart customers service ..don’t recommend to anybody’s 000000 stars..

These jerks will allow contractors to charge on account and turn around and go after the homeowner. I paid for the job in full and then received a lien notice from these scam artists. Run for your life. They will steal from you.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
They will deliver the cheapest concrete even though you paid for the stronger mix. My contractor had to tear out all 60 yards and redo my pool yard. We have test results in hand and still they deny any responsibility.
