We used ECMR to replace our building's 190 year old slate roof with aluminum shingles, and are extremely satisfied with the result. The working crew did an excellent job with no interruption to business, and after several strong wind and rain storms we haven't had any issues. The durability of the aluminum shingles and warranty provided was worth the price premium.

Excellent from start to finish!
From the time I first emailed East Coast Metal Roofing, I was impressed at the professionalism and in depth knowledge of the product. I was called shortly after I sent my email, they were able to accommodate my schedule and came out for the evaluation and estimate on a Sunday Morning.
I admit I was a bit sticker shocked when I was told the price but with what all that was needed, the fact that I never have to replace my roof again and the warranty that it has it is well worth every penny.
They did everything as explained and in the time frame that I was given

I am very pleased with the roof results so far. I have only had the metal shingles on for 2 weeks, but it rained the first few nights and they were quiet and great. Any time I contacted Ian Mochrie, he responded immediately. No question I asked was disregarded. The crew was respectful and did a thorough clean up job as well.

They did a great job and did roof in a timely manner with the delivery of materials and dumpster. The crew did a great job with installation & removal of old roof. The crew did a great job with the clean up. They have great customer service and support through out the whole process from estimate of roof replacement, financing, delivery of dumpster for removal of old roof and their products. Would recommend the company for roof replacement they did a great job and looks great.

We love our new roof. It looks fantastic. Bonus: no more heating coils or raking snow off the roof! The peace of mind of not having to worry about ice dams is well worth money spent. We are actually looking forward to a big snowstorm this year. We also had a great experience with Ian and the entire ECMR staff, including the top notch installation crew.

Did a lot of research and asking around before I decided on East Coast Metal Roof. I knew the price was going to be high no matter who we went with. Needed something good for these NH mountains and winters. The… quality of the product sold itself and it has a lifetime warranty. The customer service was thorough and competent and I was pleased.

I never thought putting on a new metal roof would’ve have made the house look so much better with a clean and modern appearance. Can’t beat a lifetime warranty either. Chris was a awesome sales rep, he was very knowledgeable on the product and got back to you right away on any questions you had. The on site lead, Manny was awesome to work with as he addressed any concerns you might have had during installation. The crew did a great job installing and left the property clean.

I worked with Mike and Shaun during my instalation they explained everything in detail and answered any and all questions I had. the crew that came was fast and cleaned everything up. The heavy rain we had today made no more noise then a regular roof. I can't wait till the winter we have had many issues with ice damns and am hoping this is our fix.

I can't say enough great things about this company. Kyle, the friendly, professional sales person, not only gave us all of his recommendations after inspecting our roof but offered to help us find alternatives… to metal and explain anything about those options that didn't understand, even if we didn't go with them. Due to Covid, we were delayed in making our choice, but Kyle had all the details handy and got back to us within hours of our email. Kyle contacted us every step of the way with details on permits and when they would start. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and got the project

I highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing. Dave Harrison was great to work with and very accommodating when we changed our work order from just the main house roof to include the garage. I’m so happy we chose ECMR and replaced the whole roof. It looks great, the whole ECMR team were professional and easy to work with.
