I could not be happier with the work done in our condo! We purchased our condo in April and Brennan’s team painted the whole condo for us.
In addition, Kevin helped manage our project as we lived out of state. He coordinated other services for us (ie. Electricians, carpenters and tile guys) as we remodeled both bathrooms and a kitchen. Having Kevin on site gave us a piece of mind the job would be done correct and on time.
I highly recommend Kevin and his team for any painting and remodel jobs.

I used Brennan’s Painting for my home’s exterior and to say that I’m impressed would be an understatement. I observed Brennan's Painting paint my neighbor's house and was amazed at the workmanship. I requested an estimate from Kevin on the spot and found it to be comparable with other companies. Brennan's "Painting" is an understatement. Kevin and his crew did an amazing job re-inventing my home. They did an excellent job on the exterior prep and paint. However, in addition, they repaired large portions of the stucco, put up new shutters, built a decorative pergola for over the garage, put up a new back door, and sealed the pavers on my back patio. I didn't have matching paint for inside near the new back door, so Oscar eyeballed it and exactly matched the inside walls. All of the staff were prompt, professional, and just a joy to have around. Brennan's Painting is terrific to work with. Kevin did a thorough examination of our property, made excellent recommendations for maintaining and painting the exterior of our home, refinishing woodwook and also providing other contractors to do necessary repairs. We were replacing our roof at the time and he worked hand-in-hand with our roofer to make sure their work time dove-tailed to complete the project as efficiently as possible. Kevin never disappoints, no request is too difficult, he always finds a way. He is truly remarkable.

Well when you give a business a 5 star review that speaks volumes. It starts with your first phone call Kevin or Ferman can an any questions you may have, I usually have a few due too so many bad experiences! I had my Garage floors done by Mike and Chris , which were on time every day ready to work! Again I didn’t have too wonder are they coming? or why are they late? they were there ready to work! My job was completed in the time frame they quoted, and I’m completely happy with the results.
