I had them replace part of my roof and plumbing vents
They sent me the worst crew. They couldn't even put a nail in straight. They left garbage and nails all over the property. Every day I had to e-mail the owner to fix obvious mistakes. At the end, I asked the owner to inspect. I ended up with a lump in my roof and a leak in the plumbing vent 6 months later because they used the wrong size cover. Do not use this company, they failed me every step of the way and I am still paying for it.

Jon was professional, responsive, and punctual. He is honest and reasonable. He arrived right on time, checked our attic space and our roof for signs of leaking (we saw some slight staining on our upstairs ceilings that made us suspicious there was a bigger issue). He found a few spots that needed to be patched with sealant and did the repairs that same day. Quick and reasonably priced. We will absolutely use Quality Roof Inc. in the future when/if we need anything roof-related!

From the estimate to the finished product, Quality Roofing made us feel as though we were working with real professionals who knew what they were doing. They removed our old roof and replaced it well within the time mentioned in the quote. The roofers were polite, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. Jon, the owner, was always available to answer questions and explain the what was being done or needed to be done.

Jon's team did a great job on my roof. I was bit concerned about the big price differences in quotes from 3 different contractors. Jon did a thorough inspection and took his time explaining the work that needs to be done. Price was reasonable and work quality is great. He also took the pictures of the repairs and that helped alleviate buyers' concern. I will be happy to use Jon's service again in future.

Quality roofing was very professional to work with. They exceeded my expectations at every turn of the process. I noticed a leak in my ceiling and called up Jon after doing some research on roofers. Jon inspected the roof and measured it all and noticed some wind damage he felt may be covered by my insurance. I was ready to just write a check for a new roof and this information ended up saving me 14k. Quality Roof Inc was terrific and communicating and sending me pics as I was out of town at my primary residence during the roof replacement.
